Sure, no problem! Please email email@example.com with your Booking ID and refund request. We will issue you a refund back to your credit card right away. Refunds take 5-10 business days to show up in your account.
I received a coupon code but I forgot it or it's not working
If you were given a discount code but it's not working, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the code you are trying to use and we will give you the correct coupon code right away!
